Excellent location to enjoy surrounding shops, resturants. Easy access to metro and many sight seeing spot. Good breakfast.
Size of room for a family travel with kids is bit small
Friendly and helpful staff
There is only one old elevator, often doors do not close properly which makes it unusable.
Best location. Near most important streets for shopping.
Very noisy! Disturbed in the early morning by noises of streets around. Not all the staff welcoming.
Position was good for site seeing
On arrival lift did not work, was old and not user friendly, difficult to accommodate two people and their luggage. The air conditioning was out of action on arrival, 40 degrees of heat at that time, when repaired it never really got the temperature down to a expected level. Breakfast ok, staff quite helpful.
Great Location, 'Steps' away from the "Spanish Steps" and close to all major attractons. Good front desk service, nice breahfast buffet and wi- fi in the rooms. Great Experience
The location was great.
The free wifi didn't work great. Very low signal and kept losing connection. It did work great in hallway and lobby, but in the room was what I wanted.
Location Location Location, Newly renovated, Big rooms
You can hear the noise of people walking on the street. Tv had only 1 channel BBC. Bathroom shower did not have any curtains thus water was covering the floor during shower.
Prime location next to the Spanish steps with walking distance to all tourist main attractions and in the heart of shopping district. Spacious room.
First we got room next to the elevator so it was very noisy especially in the morning. Room contain windows but with view to nowhere to be more precisely to the walls, of I suppose, another building. Also the elevator is unbelievably small! Bathroom is very bad redecorated without ceramic tiles, they have used on the floor some vinyl floor. And what was very strange to me they were demanding to leave the room key at the reception!
Staff very friendly and helpful, our triple room was huge, not something you would expect in a Rome city hotel. Breakfast buffet very rich, although where it is served can not accomodate too many people at a time. The location is excellent, next to Via Dei Condotti and Via Della Croce, simply a few steps away. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The air conditioning worked alright, but I'm sure it could be tuned up to perform better, maybe the btu capacity was not adequate to the room size. The elevator is a bit too cramped and slow.
The hotel was in a fantastic location to walk to the main shopping streets , restaurants ,cafes ,also you could walk to all the main tourist historicall sites. The taxi service was fantastic, to the airport, clean , quick ,very friendly,1st class service. ,We were made to feel very welcome every time we returned back to the hotel .
You should expect some noise from restaurants below depending on which way your room faces ,people talking, street musicans, this can add to the attmosphere but could annoy some as this goes on to 1am .
The location was good.
The room decor and bathroom were horrible. They also advertise as air conditioned rooms, but the air conditioning was very small for the size of the room and we were there in June which was very hot. Needless to say we sweated all night in the room and had to sleep with wet towels to try to stay cool. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and it is only a 2 star at best but too expensive for what you get.
The location was excellent - very close to all the major attractions, with loads of great restaurants right outside the door. It felt very safe wandering around this area at night (as a single female). The room itself was very clean, comfortable and I had a fabulous balcony to sit on in the mornings and evenings and listen to the buzz of the city. At night the room was quiet. I would definately stay there again.
If I wanted to be picky....the hotel has been very recently renovated (as of my June 2011 stay) in quite a modern style. Some of the fixtures and fittings are very poor quality and won't last long - like the shower cubicle, which was already falling apart while I was there. That said, the actual shower head was fabulous and I was able to have a lovely shower.
Noise outside was heard even to my room in the late at night.
Exellent Hotel , just 1 minute from Spanish Steps ,very glamour the restaurant on the ground floor , hi-speed internet wi-fi free on the entire hotel. amazing breakfast in the morning is unbilievable, the staff is perfect ,young and beautiful and prepared .
the elevator is small , but there is a porterage service
Location,location,location.can beat the area
Were remosoling 4th floor little bit nosie during the day.
